Yamamto’s Controversial Policy Could be what the Doctor Ordered:-

The US Ambassador to Somalia Mr.Donald Yamamoto May be public enemy number one, depending on who you ask, but he ma be also be a stone in masons nearly rejected in Somalia..
In the past ten days, Mr.Yamamoto, has stoked fires of controversy in Galmudug, where he quickly endorsed Mr.Qorqor former Warlord, the local Sunni group and other contenders had in facts boycotted the polls arguin there was a predetermined candidate, US, AU,China all endorsed The Warlord.
Lately, though he asked everyone from Federal Government to Federaal States to work together on a common security goal.
The call for unity though is not always acceptable in Somalia and Yamamoto may know, first there are big problems between Mr.Farmaajo and Federal members States, Mr.Farmaajo refused to recognize the re-election of The President Sheekh Axmed In Jubbaland, citing faulty elections, and he ordered a repeat election there which was never honored, he has problems with the leadership in Puntland and Galmudug.
But this comment come just as the Federal Government in Somalia was deploying soldiers to Gedo, specially in Luuq and Baardheere districts, some flies on the wall have told to Diinah.com that this bid was meant to secure an alternative capital in Jubbaland with help of Ethiopian soldiers, from where Farmaajo could create a parallel government in Jubbaland which could ultimately weaken the Administration of Sheekh Axmed Madoobe.

There are those who think the USA may have given fuel to Farmaajo to go hammer and tongs at renegade federal leaders, “it seemed Farmaajo is not cooling down, he sounds like always having a green light from Mr.Yamamoto, but let’s see in coming days if things remain the some”. Said a Somali amp.
Mr.Yamamoto contradicts the core principles of good governance and promotion of democracy that are pillars of US foreign policy, they charged they were yet to comment on the call to support every elected federal states president though.
